Juergen H. Roennau, MBA - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Before joining Gemini Consulting Group, Mr. Roennau was the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer

with Parkside Medical Services Corporation, where he was responsible for the controller and treasury

functions, human resources, data information systems and administration. He also worked closely with the

company's Canadian and Swedish subsidiaries and joint ventures. During his tenure of fiscal leadership at

Parkside, company revenues grew from less than $4 million in 1982 to more than $135 million in 1989.

Mr. Roennau also was the Administrator and Chief Financial Officer of La Rabida Children's Hospital and

Research Center in Chicago, Illinois. While at La Rabida, he directed all non-medical hospital functions and

reported directly to the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the healthcare field, Mr. Roennau planned and supervised audits for Arthur Andersen &

Company in Chicago and Frankfurt, Germany. He also performed special investigations, trained professional

staff and evaluated systems and procedures for Arthur Andersen clients.

Mr. Roennau received his A.B. from Grinnell College and his M.B.A. in Accounting from Indiana University.

He is fluent in German and has international market experience in Canada, Sweden, Germany, and the

United Kingdom.
